How I handle your information

What I collect

When you send a message through the contact form on this site, I collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number if you include one, the service you are interested in, and your message. I also record your consent to be contacted, as required by Canada's anti-spam legislation (CASL).

How I use it

I use your details only to respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the services you asked for. I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with third parties except the systems needed to run this website and store form submissions.

Your consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@scottmurphydts.com. If you ask me to delete your details, I will.

Analytics and site data

This website uses Google Analytics and HubSpot to understand how visitors find and use the site, in aggregate. These tools use cookies to measure visits and page views. They do not give me your name or contact details unless you choose to send them through the contact form.
